Target audience

- Identify reference texts and stakeholders for PSH/PRM assistance
- Define the terms PSH, PRM and PHMR and understand their differences
- Know the 3 fundamental principles of the European regulation (non-discrimination, free of charge, continuity)
- Understand acceptance conditions and regulated refusal cases
- Recognize different types of disability, visible and invisible
- Identify frequent passenger needs throughout the airport journey
- Adapt reception in a respectful and professional manner
