Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Pika Aero SAS and its clients for the sale of e-learning training courses. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

The training courses offered are described on our website. Pika Aero undertakes to provide training courses in accordance with the announced programs and current regulatory requirements (DGAC, EASA, IATA). Access to training is granted for a specified period, indicated at the time of order.

Training prices are displayed in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT) on our website. Applicable VAT will be added to the amount. Pika Aero reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; training courses are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order.

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. For companies, payment can be made upon receipt of invoice within 30 days. Any late payment will result in late payment penalties in accordance with current regulations.

In accordance with legal provisions, the client has 14 days from the date of order to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the training has already begun. Any training that has been started cannot be refunded.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
