• Identify the main factors influencing safety
• Explain what a safety culture is, particularly a just culture
• Recognize situations or behaviors that should be reported within the SMS framework
• Write a simple, factual and actionable report
• Understand the main stages of report processing and the importance of feedback
• Adopt a proactive attitude towards event reporting to contribute to continuous safety improvement
