- Recognize different types of disability, visible and invisible
- Identify frequent passenger needs throughout the airport journey
- Adapt reception in a respectful and professional manner
- Structure an effective welcome exchange in 4 steps (welcome, clarify, propose, confirm)
- Request consent and manage tense situations or complaints
- Interpret the most common SSR codes (BLND, DEAF, DPNA, WCHR, WCHS, WCHC, MAAS)
- Apply safety rules related to electric wheelchairs and lithium batteries
